The InGaN LED chip with higher efficiency and fewer defects has been successfully developed.
Advanced portable heat dissipation system, optical system and efficient power supply are required.
At present, the high efficiency silicon thermoelectric conversion technology is used to convert the heat energy generated by the LED into electric energy using nano-silicon wires, which is expected to be realized in the future.
LED street light is the direction of street lamp development, it will undoubtedly bring considerable lighting power saving effect. In the future, the combination of solar and wind LED street light is attracting more and more attention and becomes an important development direction.
